Bab 101: 101. The Itinerary

Boom Boom!!! Boom Boom!!!

The boys who were awake were very surprised that the PA was sounding an alarm at that early morning. Some checked the time, and it was only 6:00am. 

All the same, they woke their colleagues up, and all of them marched to where the tower was. 

There were three staff members already waiting for them there. 

"Good morning, everyone. We are your physical wellbeing coaches. We'll be taking you through just some morning exercises each that you're here before you start your day. I am Dae-Jung." One of them said. He looked like the oldest among them.

The next person, who is the only female among them, also introduces herself, "And I am Bon-Hwa."

The last and youngest one among them also did the same. "I'm Il-Seong."

"So today, we will run from here to the hill over there and come back to this spot as a warm-up before we start with some stretches. Bon Hwa will be the one to take you through that." Dae-Jung said.
