Bab 93: When the King must remain calm

Artie rode back to the castle with Sir Lancelot as the rest of the men stayed behind to deal with the corpse. Sir Lancelot also seemed to use it for them to cool off their heads, but Artie didn't mind. 

It was clear that the men cared about her. Who was she to get mad at them for caring in such a way about her? It was probably just a crush on their part, so she wasn't worried. 

What she was worried about was Sir Gawain, and everything involving him. 

When she arrived back at the castle, Sir Lancelot wasted no time in getting her to the infirmary. She had visited it briefly, but not long enough for it to leave an impression on her. 

Today, however, it was a place of chaos. More people had been injured because of shifting buildings than she had thought. Or at least, then it had looked like in her brief glance at the town.
