Bab 509: Chapter 509 - They’ve allied themselves with demons

Amidst the dense forest, a deafening explosion shattered the silence, sending shockwaves through the trees. A towering figure rose—a monstrous creature made entirely of wood, standing nearly three meters (9.8 feet) tall. Its gnarled branches twisted and contorted as it emerged.

Perched between the thick, twisted limbs of the tree monster was Morel, the Faery Knight Commander.

"He will not leave this forest alive," Morel declared.

He issued his command, the sound of his voice filling the ears of every faery present. 

"Attack the human from all sides. Surround him, give him no chance to escape. This forest is our domain. We reign here, and it would be foolish for any human to believe they can flee from us."

Morel's expression hardened. "The beasts I've summoned will show them just how powerful the Moonlight Fae Knight Commander truly is."
