"Well, there are three main categories that I have managed to create.

The first is using fruits such as grapes and apples to make fruit wines. I mainly focused on bringing out the taste, texture, and age and the results were beyond my expectations.

Especially the first batch that has aged for millions of years now.

The second was using cereals and this actually gave me a surprise.

Just a simple change in temperature is enough to give me millions of types of beers and whiskeys.
