Jiang Hao was surprised that the enhancements still came with special abilities even without a guaranteed enhancement. Well, the system did say there is a 30% chance, but he ignored it at that time since 30% is pitifully low compared to the 100% of a guaranteed enhancement.
It was a good thing he had yet to enhance anything beyond his range of control. It would be bad if someone managed to get some of these abilities.
Something like the Intelligent Information System would have already exposed his identity.
Datafication is simply turning information collected into a machine language that can be processed. This included abstract things like emotions and the like. While it would be difficult for machines to understand and experience them, it was no issue representing them. And with Mia around, she could also emulate them.
Dataveillance is more like a universal database system that collects and keeps all kinds of data for digital surveillance. This ability is already broken enough on its own, with Mia around… well, she could already do this.
The Automated Identity Management and Authentication System is what truly seemed useful in a security system. At least Mia had yet to come up with such a system.
It uses data to verify the identities of people and uses an access control system to control where they can go and what they can do.

The Targeting and Interference system is a weaponized system that could handle all offense and defense cyber warfare and if he equipped warheads, he could accurately lock onto a target and shoot it down with nanometer accuracy. Well, it could also intercept weapons aimed at him, but that is highly unlikely with Mia around.
The Detection and Early Warning system basically detects security threats and alerts the relevant parties early on. The predictive and analytical capabilities of this system are insane especially because it can use abstract things like emotions and state of mind in the algorithm.
Jiang Hao very much wanted to capitalize on this algorithm. Imagine the power of Douyin/TikTok if its algorithm were able to read your emotions and mood. You'd never be able to leave the app.
The Monitoring and Response system is even more strategic. Jiang Hao directly put it up as strategic software on the Skynet Appstore. This system could monitor the whole world if paired with the right hardware.
He did ask Mia to add subscription fees for the more advanced features, but it was enough to monitor every inch of a country in real time and formulate a response mechanism should something happen.
This system would save countries a ton of time, energy, and money.
At least, buying the subscription is more cost-effective than budgeting for emergency response teams, which might not be as effective.
