If we consider the age, He was born in Age 767, Super starts in Age 780. Official records should show his age to be 12 by the time Beerus appears. And if we count the early Cell saga HTC time, 2 years. He should be 14 year old.
And finally, adding the time he spent with Trunks in HTC (4 years) he is 18 year old now.
