The situation was a bit beyond expectation.

Just as they stepped off the tree-lined path, they happened to run into a group of people coming from a warehouse behind them.

The two leading the group were dressed in police uniforms, and the female officer with the ponytail took notice of the pair. Perhaps feeling it was unusual for two young students to be together in a hospital late at night, she headed straight towards them.

"You said you had a way... but isn't she coming right at us?"

Lin Xingjie focused for a moment, feeling that the officer did look somewhat familiar, but couldn't quite remember who she was.

"That's my sister," Xu Xiangyang said as if it were the most natural thing in the world. "Didn't you want to meet her before?"
