Bab 68: Chapter 68: Taking Care

Lady Yun was punished to kneel, and of course, the people in the main courtyard knew about it.

However, Fujin did not come to help her out.

Initially, when Ye Zao was punished to kneil, Fujin did at least come to save her.

But now regarding Lady Yun, firstly, Fujin wanted Lady Li to vent her anger and refused to come. Secondly… she harbored resentment towards Lady Yun herself.

Although it was Fujin who had caused harm to Lady Li's unborn child, now that Fourth Master was giving Fujin the cold shoulder, it was possible that some of that resentment could be taken out on Lady Yun.

She was the catalyst, the fuse.

However, Fujin did not intend to let Lady Yun be tormented to death; it was certain she needed to suffer a bit, though.

After this ordeal, Lady Yun's days became even more difficult.

She came back with a high fever, and the maids had no choice but to report it to the main courtyard; Fujin called the Mansion Doctor to have a look.
