Bab 21: Chapter 21

When I opened my eyes again, I found myself alone in the room.

Both Boss Sun and my husband were gone. I slowly got up, feeling a dull pain down there and a bit dizzy in the head.

I swallowed saliva, my mouth dry and tongue parched. I didn't understand what was wrong with me. I hadn't drunk too much, so why was I feeling like this?

I still had partial memory of what had happened before.

I distinctly remembered having relations with Boss Sun, but what happened afterward was completely beyond me.

I checked my phone, and it was already after ten at night. Had I really slept for over ten hours?

I had no idea where my husband could have gone. I called him, it connected but no one spoke.

After tidying up a bit, I was ready to leave.

At this point, I guessed my husband had probably gone off to gamble again.

But when I got out of bed, I felt so weak, staggering as I walked.

Especially down there, it still hurt.
