Bab 260: I’m closer than you think

The rest of the day unfolded in a blur of activity. After our presentation, we spent the next few hours sitting through various classes on runway techniques, posing for stills, and makeup artistry.

It was all part of the curriculum, and despite the strange message still lingering in the back of my mind, I forced myself to focus. Modeling school demanded attention to detail, and I wasn't about to let some anonymous text throw me off my game. 

Chloe, ever the social butterfly, pulled me aside between classes to chat about her latest obsession a high-profile fashion show happening in Paris.

"Elena, can you believe it? They're merging holographic projections with live models! It's exactly like our futuristic theme!" She tossed her blonde hair back dramatically, her blue eyes wide with excitement.
