At this point, it had been over twenty minutes since the suffocation crisis began. The intense physical activity had rapidly depleted their air canisters, and both of their canisters' indicators had turned red.

Wen Nannan quickly retrieved two new air canisters to replace them. After they had swapped out the canisters, just as they were stowing away the used ones, the door was forcefully hacked open with an axe.

Three burly men blocked the doorway, smirking at Lu Huai and Wen Nannan inside. "I told you two lambs were coming in. Look at their canisters; they're still brand new."

The man in front, brandishing the fire axe, pointed it at them. "Take off your canisters. If I'm feeling generous, I might let you live a few more minutes."

Exchanging glances, Wen Nannan and Lu Huai swiftly overturned the table in front of them and lunged at the three men.

These men were nothing more than street toughs, relying on their strength but lacking real skill.
