Odessa's POV

My hands clenched the sheets on each side as I adjusted my waist, reclining properly on the soft bed, waiting for him to enter me.

And he did. Slowly, deliberately. This wasn't like Vulcan. He wasn't usually aggressive, but he always struck a perfect balance. Now, though, he was unusually gentle. His eyes were squinted, teeth biting into his lower lip as if he was focusing too much on the act of penetration.

With a slight push, he was in, but it didn't bring the pleasure I craved. I wanted more—something fierce, with a hint of that dominating edge. The Vulcan I knew.

I reached for his arm resting on my thigh, urging him to put in more effort. My touch seemed to snap him out of his trance, and he opened his eyes fully.
