Bab 126: I Am Grace, And You?

Grace was dropped at a public street, and her phone was handed to her. She sat on the bench and cried her eyes out.

"I just want to be alone," she muttered. She didn't want to go back to her mom because her face would still make her think about Raymond.

But there was nowhere she could run; she couldn't go back to the Chen's or even to Steph's.

She felt lonely, then her phone rang... She realized she had a lot of missed calls from her mom.

"Hello?" She replied as Mei Li's worried voice came in.

"I am so glad you picked up; I am so worried... Please, where are you?"

Grace cleaned her tears before she scanned the place. "I don't know."

She didn't know where Ray's man had dropped her, but she knew he had dropped her in such a public place for her security as it was already 1 a.m.

She was cold and itchy. "Don't hang up; I will come to you." Mei Li answered.

Grace nodded, forgetting that her nod couldn't be transmitted to her mom.
