"–about that, let's make one thing clear in advance," Ghost Monarch cut in. "The Primordial treasure is mine."

All the Outer Gods present frowned simultaneously at his words. Constellation Devourer Maiden even snorted audibly.

"Don't dream about it, Ghost. You may have been the first to discover the treasure when it appeared in this Universe Node many eons ago, but you of all people know that it's a hot potato you can't swallow alone."

Thunder Emissary suddenly spoke after observing Ghost Monarch for a while. "You're not showing any fear or wariness towards us, which means you're absolutely confident in your ability to overpower us?"

"Really?" Nine Devil Marten turned to Ghost Monarch and asked unkindly. "You think you can handle all six of us?"

Ghost Monarch chuckled eerily, "I don't 'think' I can handle you bunch. I know I can."
