Bab 169: Eva's place

"That's water from the depths of the cursed sea." Siria's eyes squinted as she crossed her arms, scrutinizing Ken closely.

"It's supposed to be extremely irritating, itchy, like your skin's crawling with a thousand... insects..." Her voice trailed off as she remembered Ken's status, specifically the skill section where there was a particular skill.

"Oh," Ken said, nodding. "I have a skill that nullifies curses." He glanced blankly at Siria, whose face had already fallen to a dry one. 

An awkward silence filled the space until Siria pursed her lips, frustrated but not making a fuss.

With a resigned sigh, she raised her hand and cast a spell. "Dry Out."

Instantly, all the water evaporated, surrounding Ken in steam for a brief moment.

Ken waved his hand to push the steam away, "Now what was that for?"
