Still, something was different with Whiten district because it could be seen that people had been displaced, the passable roads that the denizens used to pass by in the past was either shifted to the side or erased completely by constructions. This change could be seen that it had mostly affected the traders of Whiten market and old and abandoned establishments.

The ongoing construction of the school, the expansion of the city square and most importantly, the construction of the Whiten market had displaced so many people who previously resided in those occupied places. There were some people who were happy with this change but there were others who were not happy with it because this change had made them to either lose their places of work or lose the place where they usually stayed.
