"Just eat as much as you want," Clint responded, taking off his shoes.

Lake still stood off to the side for a bit, rightfully stunned by the entire situation.

The wrapped up sandwich in his bag would end up uneaten, it was a good thing he didn't prepare a lot of food before coming to the park.

"What are you waiting for?" Clint asked curiously when he looked up from the food to see him still standing off to the side.

And there was something wholesome and harmless about the Alpha, it was like meeting a kid at the park.

It made him take the step forward instead of walking off and returning to his apartment.

"Scooch over," He muttered, tossing his back to the side so that he could have his hands free to take his shoes off.

"I didn't think you would come," Clint said with an open smile.

"Do you invite a lot of strangers to have picnics with you?" Lake asked, taking the plate Clint eagerly offered him.
