1. All characters summoned from other worlds to the One Piece world will automatically have their powers adjusted to fit the One Piece power system.
Example: Kisame, who originally has chakra, will become a regular fish-man in the One Piece world and will not have chakra. Another example is Zetsu, who in this fanfic eats a mystical zoan-type devil fruit model druid.
I set it up this way to ensure there isn't a significant power disparity between the characters.
2. Characters will be summoned to the One Piece world if Carl performs something deemed remarkable. The assessment of "remarkable" is based on my own judgment.
3. Since English is not my primary language, I am translating this into English using ChatGPT.
4. The main character will also follow the power system of the One Piece world. For example, Carl can only eat one devil fruit.
The system will only incorporate items from the GTA San Andreas world, so balloons, food carts, and even NPCs can be taken.
