As the meeting winds down and goodbyes are exchanged, Robin can't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her.

The moment she steps outside, away from the suffocating presence of Layla and her charity members, she takes a deep breath, her shoulders sagging.

Staying so close to the other woman and not trying to kill her had been absolute torture. Robin doesn't know how she managed, but she's thankful she did.

Atleast she's one step closer to her revenge.

Swallowing, she pulls out her phone and calls the driver to pick her up.

The drive home is spent in thoughtful silence, Robin's mind racing as she tries to make sense of everything that's happened.

When they finally reaches the manor Robin quickly opens the car door and slams it shut behind her, leaning against the car for a moment as she lets out a long, weary sigh.
