Bab 91: Party At The White House

Lucius's black Jeep rolled smoothly up the long, winding driveway towards a massive white mansion that stood like a gleaming jewel against the evening sky. This place was the new White House since there was nothing like democracy or elections, it belonged to the royal family of the United States of America.

[It is also the place where my body is kept.] Lyxor said sternly.

'I am too weak right now, so don't bother asking for suicidal favors' Lucius informed Lyxor as he looked out the tinted window.

He knew the voice in his head may get too excited and make silly requests. 

The vehicle came to a halt in front of the grand entrance, its sleek, dark exterior contrasting sharply with the pristine white of the mansion. The air was filled with the soft murmur of an elegant party already in progress.

"I guess we are the last to arrive." Lia said with a nervous smile.
