Andy never expected to run into something like this when he was just hanging out in the middle of the night.
"What did you do tonight?" Andy asked.
Under the effect of the truth potion, Ron mechanically replied, "I didn't do anything."
"Hmm?" Andy raised his eyebrows slightly.
You came out in the middle of the night and did nothing.
What the hell are you doing here?
"Then what did you come out to do?" Andy continued.
Ron replied, "Wandering around the castle."
Wandering around?
Andy suddenly thought of something and asked, "Do you wander around every night?"
"Yes!" Ron replied.
Sure enough, it was like that.
"For how many days?"
"Three days."
"And other than that, you didn't do anything?"
"I did nothing!"
Andy mused for a moment and then took out his wand and used a stunning spell to put down Ron, before unbinding him.
There was nothing left to ask.
It was obvious that Voldemort had made his move.
A move with great fanfare, no less.
One thing Andy had determined long ago was that the ghosts and portraits in Hogwarts Castle were Dumbledore's eyes.
Or rather, the Headmaster's eyes.
The Headmaster could learn every single thing that happened in the castle through the ghosts and portraits.
Voldemort was able to open the Chamber of Secrets in his fifth year, so he was also aware of this.
Andy gathered his thoughts.
Ron is Harry's roommate and Harry's best mate at Hogwarts. Ron acted abnormally every night, which Harry would be able to find out sooner or later.
And Dumbledore was in the know.
Ron didn't hide his whereabouts, his behaviour was transparent to Dumbledore's eyes.
Which made things interesting.
Would Voldemort bait Dumbledore into such an obvious trap?
That would be idiotic.
Ron was clearly a cover, his role was to lure Harry out.
The Horcrux, if his IQ is still within the realm of normal, should understand that Harry is someone special to Dumbledore.
Using Harry to divert Dumbledore's attention?
'Ugh! If only I had read the second part of Harry Potter!' Andy was a little bitter.
If he followed the normal plot, Voldemort's Horcrux would have been the boss of the second part.
But inside the Horcrux is just a fragment of Voldemort's soul.
Andy could not determine the intelligence level of a soul fragment, nor could he judge the behavioural logic of the soul fragment.
What's more, even Voldemort's own mental state was somewhat abnormal.
Glancing at the unconscious Ron, Andy silently mouthed 'good luck' before turning around and walking out of the classroom.
Let's give this kid a good long sleep here!
***
The night passed.
The next day, everything in the castle returned to normal.
Andy also woke up as usual, went to the great hall for breakfast as usual, and checked to see if any of the owls would send an anonymous letter to him, pulling some favours or something.
As it turned out ... of course there was no such thing!
Ron was back to his normal self as well, joking and laughing with Harry in the Great Hall, looking no different from his usual self.
Another ordinary day passed at Hogwarts.
At night, Andy cast the Disillusionment Charm to hide his form and left the dormitory alone.
The entrance to the Gryffindor's dormitory was also on the seventh floor, and Andy stood guard at the corner of the corridor corner, using the shadows to make himself better hidden.
After waiting for about fifteen minutes or so, the portrait of the fat woman was pushed open, and Ron stepped out of it expressionlessly.
"It's you again, Ron Weasley!"
The fat lady cursed at the sight, "You're out on a night out every day, and if you make Gryffindor lose any more points, I'll never let you in."
Thank you, Lady Ravenclaw!
Andy was suddenly a little thankful that the entrance to the Ravenclaw common room was an eagle-shaped bronze door ring that only required the right answer to get in.
In this way, no one would know that Andy was out on a night out as long as he used the Disillusionment Charm.
Andy glanced at Ron.
The current Ron looked a bit dull as he passed by Andy expressionlessly and turned at another corridor.
Andy was about to follow and have a look when he saw the fat lady's portrait being pushed open once again. Only this time, no one walked out.
The fat woman got even angrier, "It's you, ain't it? Harry Potter? If you ever trick me again, I'll never let you in!"
What a loud voice!
Harry lifted his invisibility cloak, revealing just his head outside.
"Shhh..., keep it down."
Harry looked a little flustered, "Fat Lady, did you see Ron go out?"
"What are you two up to?" The fat lady said with some displeasure.
Harry pressed, "Which direction did Ron go?"
"How would I know?" The fat lady said in a disgruntled voice before closing the door with a 'thud' and closing her eyes in a gesture that she didn't want to talk to anyone.
Harry had no choice but to put on his invisibility cloak and leave.
Andy: "..."
Reasonably, with that loud voice of the fat lady, the entire seventh floor should have heard her in the solitude of such a late night.
Maybe it could even be heard on the sixth floor.
After this, what's the point of wearing an invisibility cloak?
Once Harry had passed in front of Andy, Andy took out his wand and flicked it at the ground.
A faint line of footprints was left where Harry had passed.
Ron wasn't important, he was of no value to Voldemort if he wasn't Harry's friend.
Since Harry was out, all Andy needed to do next was to follow Harry.
Following the footprints, Andy followed Harry to the sixth floor.
Right after Andy left, the portrait of the fat lady was once again pushed open. Again, no one came out this time.
But unlike last time, this time the fat lady acted as if she didn't sense anything - her eyes were closed as if she had fallen asleep.
"Heading downstairs?" Andy had already arrived at the fifth floor.
From this position, Ron, who was located on the fourth-floor stairs, could be clearly seen.
Judging from the footprints, Harry should also be on his way to the fourth floor now.
Andy followed silently, ready to see the good show tonight.
Right at the time ...
Harry lifted the invisibility cloak with one hand and shouted towards Ron, "Ron! What are you doing here?"
Andy: "..."
Ron looked up at Harry and then ran quickly towards the stairs.
"Ron!!!" Harry shouted and rushed after him.
"Ron, stop right there!"
"Ron, do you hear me? Stop right there!"
Harry shouted as he chased after him.
Ah, this...?
Andy was a little confused.
Andy didn't know what Voldemort's Horcrux was planning, but this behaviour ... of Harry's was really unexpected.
Don't forget, the Hogwarts caretaker is Argus Filch, who is the most dedicated staff in this castle.
At this time of the night, Filch would still be awake.
How dare you disturb Filch? It's suicidal!
