"You don't have to go, and we don't have to live here anymore We need to move" he looked at her confusedly without grasping the actual reason why they need to move, and Emily continue eating like she hasn't just dropped a bombshell.
"Move to where darling" he asked, Emily pulled out the cheque showing him. He read it carefully ensure it was real.
"What's this" he asked giving the cheque back, Emily wanted to keep it a secret after everything that has happened she decide to be honest with him, lying will make it worst if things turn west, in this world believe people at your own risk.
"You remember my colleagues that I told you about" holding her Plastic food back and fort as she said.
"What job because you did like three extra jobs and you told me about your colleagues" he said no longer eating almost as freaked out like her girlfriend, ten million out of no where.
"Well Jessica Newspread" she answered but he still look confuse the thing is he was no longer thinking he was calculating how much they can achieve with that money. It can change their life he question himself but at the same time how she got it baffles him, lately has being friends doing the most around for her.
"Do you remember her now" Emily asked him but he yelp seem like he has being in a deep thought the whole time.
"Remember what?" He asked out of reflex, Emily look at him with dead corner of her eyes.
"Jessica Newspread what about her" he picked up that line thankfully he was right on track with her.
"CCR is looking for her" she said blankly still the same motion with her fork without eating.
"The feds!!!" He exclaimed wildly he wasn't a drug dealer or criminal the truth is he hates anything to do with feds.
"She needs it more than we do, and why are you collecting money from her" he asked folding his hands on his chest worried sick.
"No we need this money, I have to and is from the feds"Emily nervously put the food down dusting her thighs.
"why would you take a cheque from a government person, they will fry our asses haven't you learned from the twitter cyberspace on anything" he stood up, he thought it was some miracle money not the feds.
