Bab 393: Sand Vs Lava II

I already felt it from the beginning, idiot! Mercy thought, a smirk playing on her lips.

Swoosh! A torrent of sand erupted from the ground beneath Mercy, attempting to engulf her. However, the sand met an invisible barrier, the lava she had subtly infused into the ground halting its advance.

A frustrated growl escaped Rashid's lips as he realized his sand was being blocked. "Clever," he conceded, his eyes narrowing with determination. "But my sand isn't my only weapon."

He raised his sword, the blade shimmering with a golden light. "Sandstorm Blade!" he shouted, unleashing a whirlwind of sand infused with his own energy. The sandstorm coalesced into a razor-sharp vortex, slicing through the air towards Mercy.

Mercy, her confidence unwavering, raised her arms to form a shield of molten rock. The sandstorm collided with the lava shield, creating a blinding explosion of light and heat.
