Bab 105: Her chuckle

"Ah! Get them out of here!"

As I step into the villa, a piercing yell shatters the silence. That witch must be losing her mind again. "Where is Jaxen Vayinthe?! I need to speak with him! He will not set foot in the ring again! I refuse to let him win! I will show him he chose the wrong path!"

Her outburst makes me clench my teeth. She is still hell-bent on dragging me down. How is it possible that her anger hasn't consumed her heart? "Is he back?! Bring him to me immediately!" I start to head upstairs to my room, but a maid rushes after me.

"Young Master! Please, wait! Ma'am is demanding to see you!" I frown, glancing at the maid, who is fixated on the floor. "I don't feel like dealing with her. Tell her to walk into my room if she wants to see me" I add a taunting smirk. "But, Young Master—" "Jaxen Vayinthe!"
