Bab 97: Chapter 97: Concern

Shitou and Lu Yun both had laughter in their eyes, but they had to suppress it on their faces and quickly nodded without daring to speak, afraid that if they opened their mouths they would spoil everything.

Lu Yun quickly cleared away the single sofa and the small tall table in the living room, rearranged the original tables and chairs, and then hesitated before deciding to take out some of the things she had collected these days, only to put them back again. After thinking it over, she said to Lu Aiguo and Xia Yuan.

"Dad, Mom, I think we should wait until tomorrow morning to bring out the goods. What if there are rats that nibble on them at night? How disgusting would that be?"

"That works." Xia Yuan, thinking of the scene, felt disgusted all of a sudden and quickly nodded in agreement.

"Then you'll have to wake up earlier tomorrow. Your grandmother wakes up very early, and it won't do if she comes and finds you still sleeping like a little pig." Lu Aiguo teased her.
