Before he could finish speaking, several more muffled explosions were heard. By the sound alone, one could tell how powerful the mines were. They were much more devastating than regular anti-infantry mines. The blast wave from the explosions threw several men high into the air.

"Fuck, what kind of mines are these... damn it, I thought it was a missile," a soldier with a leg wound cursed between gritted teeth, sweating cold sweat, propping himself up with his gun and jesting with a rueful twist of his mouth while looking at his comrades.

A chill raced down Xie Mingcheng's spine at the thought of the mines' potency; he reckoned they could flip a tank. He quickly inquired.
