Bab 50: Chapter 50: Challenging the Limits

"Let's start with 50kg."

Li Ang had attempted 60kg last time, which was roughly the same as his weight at that time; he managed to lift it but with some difficulty.

In the past few days, his weight had increased again, so warming up with 50kg shouldn't be a problem.

Blair raised an eyebrow, remembering Li Ang's performance from last time. 50kg was manageable for him, but using it for a warm-up was still a bit aggressive.

Li Ang quickly lay down on the bench press, and soon the 50kg barbell moved smoothly over his body, back and forth several times.

"Wow, six high-quality reps completed, pretty impressive, 50kg seems quite easy for you."

Blair couldn't help but give Li Ang a thumbs-up.

Next up was 60kg, which was his limit weight from the last time.

But Li Ang still completed six reps smoothly.

Blair was already somewhat surprised. It seemed that Li Ang's claim of training every day was completely true.
