Bab 162: You’ll never lose me

I woke up slowly, my mind groggy and my body aching. The familiar scent of my room in Aurelia's castle filled my senses, comforting and grounding me.

As the fog in my mind cleared, I realized I was back in my own bed. Relief washed over me, but it was quickly replaced by a strange sensation. It felt like someone was on top of me.

I opened my eyes, ready to push myself up, when I saw her. Eileen. Her familiar black hair, tousled and falling over her face, her blue eyes closed in peaceful slumber. She looked absolutely beautiful, even with the cloak wrapped around her. My heart skipped a beat, and for a moment, I couldn't believe my eyes. Eileen, here, with me. 

A flood of emotions crashed over me. Love, joy, disbelief, and a deep, profound relief. I had missed her so much, and seeing her now felt like a dream. I couldn't help but reach out, gently brushing a strand of hair from her face. She stirred slightly but didn't wake up.
