Bab 167: Chapter 27 I Mastered the Power of Magic

Naruto swallowed hard, feeling his breathing become extremely rapid. Betty had already told him that this step was the key factor in determining whether he would be able to become a magician or not.

"Naruto, watch closely, now sit down like this," Betty said as she took a seat on the chair, and Naruto immediately mimicked Betty's posture and sat down as well.

"This is the method of magic meditation. Close your eyes and try to empty your mind, don't think about anything at all," Betty whispered softly, recalling how she had learned magic this very same way.

"Okay!" Naruto sounded very nervous as he closed his eyes and tried hard to follow Betty's method.

Chen Ze stood in the kitchen, rubbing his head. He was still marinating the pork chops, thinking he might try Betty's meditation method that night.

Chen Ze peeked out and saw Betty with her eyes closed, her hands resting on the table, and Naruto opposite her mimicking the exact same movements.
