I gasp at the contact, feeling every hard plane of his body against mine. The bond in my chest pulses with joy, singing at the reconnection. It feels right, like coming home after a long journey.

Lucas takes advantage of my parted lips, his tongue sweeping into my mouth. The taste of him explodes on my tongue. I moan, unable to hold back the sound of pure pleasure.

Our kiss becomes more frantic, more desperate. It's as if we're both trying to make up for lost time, to reclaim what was taken from us. My fingers tangle in his hair, tugging lightly. He responds with a low growl that sends shivers down my spine.
