Bab 162: Who Are You?

It's been about a week since I moved into Miles and Arlo's place. In truth, it took me a while to get used it. I have never had a problem living in people's houses, but Miles is not your typical alpha. He is actively taking part in baby Reign's care. It threw me off at first. It is sweet that Miles wants to be part of taking care of the baby, but it is stressful as hell, mostly because he doesn't fully trust me. I know it in my gut. He watches me a lot, and his gaze is impossible to read. If he thought that I was a danger to his family, I'm sure that by now he would have already fitted me for cement boots.

But I get why he is overly cautious. It makes him very wary of strangers and new people.
