Bab 94: She's Really Dumb

Green Patrol building.

Menjin sat in his chair and handled a few papers that were placed on his table.

For each one, he quickly read through its contents and tossed it aside, moving to the next.

He did this for several minutes until a knock came on the door of his office.

"Come in!"

The door creaked open and a junior officer of the Green Patrol ushered himself in.

He stood at attention with his hands behind him and his eyes faced forward.

Menjin placed the rest of the papers to his side and with his fingers interlocked, he gave the younger officer all the attention he required.

"Are you one of those new guys?"

The young officer nodded energetically. "Yes, sir!"

"Hmm, I see. And you're working the night shift with me, huh?"

"Yes, sir!"

"Okay then. So, what is it?" Menjin asked. "What's the problem?"

The younger officer breathed out silently to calm his nerves before uttering any words.
