It has been what now? Two years since I came to this world and the journey thus far has been quite… eventful.

Sigh.

Who would have thought that I would be offed on the day I finally got the courage to defy my step-brother and give myself wholeheartedly to the one who had stolen my heart for so long?

Much less that I would regain consciousness as a mass of energy capable of growing more powerful the more external energy I absorb?

"My lady," a female voice broke me out of my internal monologue.

Glancing to the aide stationed by my side, I listened to what the green-skinned girl had to say; "Yes, Partner?"

"I have just received information that there are some unidentified figures stealthily who have entered the perimeter you tasked me to set up." She said, her tone serious - as always.

I exhaled deeply.

"That makes it how many now?" I muttered.
