Seeing that Sterl was satisfied with the estate, the NPC beside him gave a slight bow.

"Sir, you are free to enjoy everything within the estate, but please note that the seeds of the fruits and grains cannot be placed in your inventory, nor can they be taken out of the Hall of Valor. We appreciate your understanding."

After completing his guidance task, the NPC left.

At first, Sterl didn't pay much attention to the NPC's words. After all, consuming these special fruits and grains would only add attributes equivalent to about five levels for Sterl. Moreover, it required a cooldown period of one to two years before he could consume them again for attribute gains.

Suddenly, a thought struck him, "Wait a minute, what if I concentrate the juice from these fruits using the Flowing Water Law? Could I refine items that significantly increase attributes?"

Sterl's idea wasn't far-fetched. He had used a similar technique with the white mist before.
