Bab 114: Date with Izumi! I
"You all will go to your respective villages and gather competent people in your villages. I will mark you with Flying Thunder God Seal and then take all of them back here."
"Starting with environment, infrastructure and core values, every single thing will be changed, and I want every single one of them to do what they are asked to do."
"You can ask questions, but you can't resist the orders. Do you understand? Make sure that they all also understand since I want a disciplined group, not a chaotic one."
Tobirama said and he saw everyone nodding at his words. His eyes flickered as he thought of something and said, "Let's start with Shinobi and what will happen to them."
"All the Shinobi will be required to go for psychological and physiological checkups to check their physical and mental state."
"Then, they will be differentiated into several categories which I won't mention since there are too many and they will be allotted different works according to the categories."
"If someone doesn't get the work they were supposed to get, then they will be re-examined and checked for the things they are good or bad at."
"Regarding Missions given by different people, a new system will be created. Since the villages won't be at war, the skirmish at the border might lessen but people like bandits and those who are inherently evil people and would do evil deeds won't end."
"You all should understand that some people are just evil and even if they won't show, they would do it when no one is watching."
"For those, many things need be to be done, and I am sure that there would be many in your villages who will resist and do stupid things."
Tobirama said while looking at them and they didn't deny his words. After all, he didn't say anything wrong, and they all just hoped that the number would be less.
"Now let's talk about the world and how it will be divided. The countries will remain since it will be a hassle to change the names, transfer territories, etc., but they all will be under Konoha."
"The villages will also exist, but they won't just be villages. Instead, they will become the Capital city of the country and there will be many towns under it."
"All the Ninjas of villages won't be clustered in a single place. Instead, every town and city will have several Ninjas, who are required to maintain various facilities and security of the village."
"This means many will have to shift from one location to another, but that won't be a problem in future when the means of transportation will change. There are several more matters but speaking here would only be waste of time."
"That's the basic plan regarding the base for the future. But there is a major problem in all of this, and that is the 'Hatred' between the members of different villages."
"Many people's loved ones should have been killed by other village's people and they should hate them. The hatred won't be easy to solve so when you are choosing people, make sure to choose them correctly."
"If someone makes a mistake, the group will be responsible since casualty and damage from the mistake can vary to any level."
"That's it for now and when everyone has gathered, I will tell more. Any questions?" Tobirama asked with a serious look on his face, and he looked at them.
"How exactly would you be able to check 10,000s of Ninjas? What about resources and things required in the process? You said about the hatred between villages and people, if someone does something, what are you doing to do?" Mu asked with a frown on his face. He wondered just how many resources they had and how would they do everything.
"Did you forget what happened to the enemies?" Tobirama asked with a smirk on his face, and they shivered at the words. Remembering how that giant plant wrapped people, an ugly look appeared on Mu's face and others had similar reactions.
'I need to make sure that there won't be any problem.'
This thought appeared in the minds of kages of four villages and looking at them, Tobirama nodded.
Kazutora, who was paying attention from the start, was now sure that his help wouldn't be needed.
'Haha! We can take a break and leave rest on them. When they have gathered everyone, I will see the number of people and check them with Kaguya's Illusion.'
'Or using Mikoto's Dream Manipulation on the group to check psyche would be a good option.'
Kazutora thought in his mind, and he disappeared from his place. He left the task of gathering people and looking after them on Tobirama and others, while he went to his Dimension to check on the ten tails and see how it worked.
Appearing in his dimension, Kazutora thought of something, and he contacted Kaguya. A few moments later, Kaguya appeared at the location, and she stared at him.
"Ten-Tails," Kazutora said, and Kaguya nodded at him. She opened the Rinne-Sharingan on her forehead, which she had gotten full control over and summoned Ten-Tails to their location.
The Ten Tails looked like a docile pet and Kazutora's eyes changed to Rinnegan.
"Give me your chakra," he said, and Kaguya appeared beside him and put her hand on his shoulder.
Tomoe's started to appear in Kazutora's eyes, and the Ten Tails's eyes turned to his colour and shape. A hum escaped his lips as Kazutora appeared beside the Ten-Tails, and his eyes flickered.
He stared at the cells and body constituent of Ten Tails and sent some chakra into its body. He sensed his chakra going inside the ten tails body, and checked how it worked and what ten tails did.
Kaguya stared at the scene with her eye twitching and she felt as if Kazutora was ignoring her on purpose. She used Byakugan to see the complete process with him, and a few moments later, Kaguya said, "What do you want to do? Maybe, I can help you."
"I am seeing how it converts chakra and the natural energy it absorbs. Instead of doing this, go outside and look at how plants gather energy from the sun and make their food. It will be helpful in future if you can master the process."
Kaguya stared at him for a second and then disappeared from the dimension. Kazutora kept watching the process while trying to analyze and break down it to the core level.

In Senju Estate, Izumi opened her eyes with a smile on her face. She released her senses to look for Hina and Hana's chakra, and when she was sure that they were asleep, she got up on the bed.
With a gleam in her eyes, she went to the bathroom and after refreshing herself, she came outside.
Her eyes changed to deadpan as she saw Hina and Hana staring at her with an annoyed look on their faces.
"What?" Izumi asked with a deadpan and saw Hina rolling her eyes at her words.
"Did you put us under Genjutsu?" Hina asked.
"No," Izumi denied while shaking her head and saw Hana snorting at her words.
"Anyways, I will be going away since today is my day," Izumi said with a Cheshire grin on her face, and Hina's eyes darkened at her words. She didn't understand how she could lose in UNO and saw Izumi disappearing from her location.
"What are you going to do today?" Hana asked Hina, who had a dark look in her eyes and saw a thoughtful look appearing on her face.
"I am going to Hyuga Clan and vent my frustration --- Ahm! I mean train them for future." Hina said with a cough and turned her head away. Hana rolled her eyes at her words and said, "I have similar plans and need to get the Clan members changed for the future. They will have to separate into different cities and towns, so I need them to get prepared and learn everything."
"Especially the NinKens, their habit for their habitat needs to be changed and I am thinking of sending them to live on Turtle Island for some time."
Hana said with a thoughtful look on her face, and Hina chuckled as she thought of Natural Energy animals on the Island and how they would live there. So, they left for their Clan to do the work and get themselves busy for some time.
Izumi, who had disappeared from her location, appeared a few meters away from Kazutora. She saw him looking at the Ten-Tails with a serious look on his face, so she didn't disturb him and waited for him to finish.
She stared at the scene with her Rinnegan and looked at what Kazutora was looking at in the Ten-Tails. A frown appeared on her face as she looked at him feeding his chakra to Ten Tails and she decided to ask what he wanted to do later.
Fifteen minutes later, Izumi saw Kazutora chucking with a gleam in his eyes, and he murmured, "So that's how it works, Hmm! I understand. It won't be easy to replicate but I should be able to after some research and experiments."
Kazutora understood how the process worked, which cells and DNA acted for the presence and why Ten-Tails was able to use Chakra and natural Energy to create a Chakra Fruit and even get the DNA from living organisms.
"Thanks for waiting, Izumi! Let's go," Kazutora said with a smile on his face and Izumi nodded at him.
"By the way, what were you looking for?" Izumi asked as they disappeared from their location and appeared in the coastal area of Land of Fire.
"I was just checking how Ten Tails works and what it could do. In future, it would help us a lot." Kazutora said as he looked at the vast ocean and he remembered that he hadn't even travelled to all the countries in the world.
"So, what kind of date do you want to go? Amusement park or Beach Date or anything else?"
"Any kind of date, let's just remain alone," Izumi said instantly as she heard the words, and her words made Kazutora laugh.
"Hmm, let's do a beach date today and a family date with others someday."
"Beach Date? So, what will be doing?" Izumi asked. She hadn't heard or read about beach dates, and she saw Kazutora taking off his clothes. A strange look flashed in her eyes, and she looked at Kazutora wearing only underpants and then he created a short and a sexy bikini in his hand.
"Here, wear this. I will be back in a minute," Kazutora said as he passed the Bikini to Izumi. He disappeared from his place to isolate the area and make sure that no one would disturb his date with her.
Izumi looked at the sexy black bikini with a grin on her face, and she changed into it. She was curious about how the date would go and she was looking forward to it since everything was unknown to her.
"Hehe~!" A giggle escaped her lips as she thought of something and a minute later, she looked at Kazutora, who arrived with a few items in his hand.
He was equipped with a tent, a ball, an odd board, and a basket, donning an unbuttoned shirt paired with glasses and a hat. A peculiar glint appeared in Izumi's eyes upon seeing him, and she listened as Kazutora suggested, "First, let's set up the tent, and then I'll explain what we're going to do."
Izumi nodded at him, and the duo worked together to set up the tent. Even though it was a simple action, she felt strangely warm and giddy in her heart. When they were done setting the tent, Izumi looked at Kazutora staring at the sea with a thoughtful look on his face and he said, "Do you want to surf first or make a castle with sand? Also, no use of chakra for today."
Kazutora looked at Izumi, who started to think at his words and his other body was already working to create waves. A chuckle escaped his lips as he thought of how she would react, and he was looking forward to her reactions.
"Surf," Izumi said after thinking for a moment and she felt that surfing would be more interesting than making a castle of sand. She saw Kazutora nodding at her and picked up the strange board he had brought before.
"Here."
