Bab 100: Chapter 100 Forgive me
"Stupid woman," Naruto hissed.
"Hey! Shimura's Mommy isn't stupid. She's beautiful, caring and s-she's, s-she's my Mommy." Little Shimura tried to defend his beloved mother. "She'll love Shimura back if Shimura endures. Shimura will win her heart back again… Believe it!"
The boy spoke with such confidence the adults' hearts swelled.
Naruto shot up to his feet after the boy's speech and said, "Oi, Kozo," he narrowed his eyes at the boy, "where's your Mommy at?"
(Scene Change: The Underworld)
Today was undoubtedly an auspicious day for all of devilkind. Today marks a change in the supernatural world's history and the young devils gathered today in this fancy party were the witnesses to this great historic event. The Chief deity of the Norse mythology, Odin, would grace them with his presence today and sign the peace treaty. The importance of this event is so great to Devils and Asgardians alike and the benefits of this treaty becoming a success for both parties is too great to ignore.
Of course, peace loved to play hard-to-get only this time around, some of the Norse deities weren't in consensus with Odin's decision and none of them was more furious than the Norse god of mischief, Loki. As if Loki wasn't a handful, the threat known as Khaos Brigade lurks in the shadows, their goal; to sabotage the treaty.
The leaders of the big three were ever vigilant in order to prevent something like that from happening. The archangel Michael and the governor general of the fallen angels were present on the podium awaiting Odin. The Maous were present too with the exception of one Serafall Leviathan.
Among the crowd of young devils, Rias Gremory and her peerage were present, Sona Sitri and her peerage too were present, Sairaorg and his devil servants, Diodora Astaroth just to mention a few were all among the crowd chatting away to kill time before the arrival of Odin.
The devils didn't have to wait long though because Odin arrived right on time. The chief Norse god was flanked by Baraqiel, a fallen angel and father to Akeno Himejima, and the Virgin Valkyrie, Rossweisse.
The young devils had their attention on the Old Cyclops. Very few out of Asgard got the opportunity to see Odin in all his Old perverted glory after all. A certain brown-haired pervert voiced his surprise in a rather loud manner.
"It's Odin!" Issei pointed at the one-eyed god.
"Issei-kun, it's rude to point," Kiba corrected.
The gang was together, ready to witness history in the making. Today, the Norse Faction and the Devil faction are going to sign a peace treaty but unfortunately, like always, a peace treaty, a summit, or a gathering of leaders of any kind is bound to attract trouble.
Odin, chief deity of the Norse Faction, accompanied by Baraqiel, a loyal fallen angel, and Rossweisse, his bodyguard walked to the group of devil leaders noticing the absence of one Serafall Leviathan.
"It's been a while, shitty old man from the far North,." Azazel said with a smile on his face.
"It's been a while, bratty one," Odin replied stroking his beard.
"Lord Odin, on behalf of the devils present, I welcome you," Sirzechs greeted.
"Oh Sirzechs, how are you boy?" He asked. The leaders exchanged formal greetings then Odin introduced his bodyguard, Rossweisse. "This one here is Rossweisse, full of potential. She's too serious and no man gives her the time of the day that's why she's still a virgin."
Said Virgin Valkyrie mourned her single status and her virginity.
"I can't help but notice, where's the short brat, Serafall?"
The leaders tensed all of a sudden, not knowing how to cover for Serafall. "She running late, and had to take care of something important,." Azazel spoke up for the group.
"Hm, I see." Odin stroked his beard again.
Sirzechs gave a short speech about the peace treaty and their promise to strive towards peace and harmony in the supernatural world and his vision to create a solid relationship with the Norse faction. To fight against the terrorist organization, Khaos Brigade.
After his speech, he turned to Odin and said, "Lord Odin, if you have no objections, please sign the treaty."
Stroking his long beard, Odin nodded moving toward the monument. He let a grunt escape his lips, ignoring the foreboding feeling in his gut, the old cyclops moved forward and as he was about to place his palm on the treaty, effectively signing it, his hand a millimeter away from sealing the deal, before a voice from nowhere interrupted him.
"I Object!"
"So you came after all, Loki," Odin smirked, eyeing Loki who was levitating in the air.
A white-blue magic circle appeared in thin air and out came Loki, in all his godly glory shining in a bright white suit, and the Norse god of Mischief wasn't happy. At all.
"Well, this is a rare guest," Azazel commented.
The young devils and the guards present were at alert seeing Loki levitating in the air a mean stare directed at Odin. They moved to intercept Loki at the slightest hostile move.
"Lord Loki, though you are a Norse god, you have no right to cause havoc here." Sirzechs was displeased.
"You Old fool! Asgard still suffers from the damage she received yet here you are signing nonsense treaties with devils!" Loki spat ignoring everyone except Odin.
The leaders and the young devils present had a perplexed look on their face. Rossweisse, from her place beside Odin, balled her fists in anger at the mention of the damage Asgard received from a terrorist attack.
"Loki, if you return to Valhalla now, I'll forgive you," Odin told Loki with a displeased look on his face.
"Forgive me? Don't joke around, old geezer. If you ally us with other mythologies we won't be able to achieve Ragnarok… Oh, The twilight of the gods was once at our fingertips… How glorious would it have been If not for that-"
"Cease your mouth, Loki!" Odin yelled.
"Silence, Old Fool!" Loki yelled back.
"How dare you speak to our great father that way?!" Rossweisse, the virgin Valkyrie, moved forward.
Loki tore his glare from Odin and directed It at Rossweisse. "You foolish Child. Was it not the one you defend who forbade you from going after the one you declared your arch-enemy"
Rossweisse gritted her teeth in confusion and anger.
"Loki!" Odin yelled.
