Bab 104: A Task

Choi Minho stood still, hands clasped behind his back, staring up at the sky. His lips curled into a gentle smile, but his eyes were distant, lost in the vastness above.

The air around him stirred, and a dark mist began to rise from the ground, swirling like a storm, coiling to his waist level. It was thick, dense, and ominous, but he gave it no heed, barely shifting his gaze to acknowledge its presence. He had seen it before. He was familiar with this darkness.

A figure appeared in the mist, barely human, crouched on all fours like a beast. The figure's back was hunched, muscles rippling beneath its skin, and it stared down at the ground, not daring to meet Choi Minho's eyes.
