The man's eyes widened seeing the figure. 'Who... Or what is he?' Many ominous thoughts swirled in the man's head, unlike the other positive patients.

Unshackled criminals. Highly greedy and selfish ones who didn't earn enough living or pleasure to satisfy them turned into criminals and such abandoning their normal positions in society. There have been cases in which unshackled ones have turned into criminals due to greed, not enough satisfaction, or revenge.
