Bab 27: Gravitational touch

Description: The user can influence objects without touching them, using the force of gravity.
"Close status window."
As soon as I closed that information window, I decided to test my new skill.
"Let's see how this really works in practice."
I commented to myself as I stretched my arm towards a rock.
"Gravitational touch."
As soon as I said that, I felt a slight pressure starting to push the stone towards the ground.
"Hmm... it's actually a useful skill and, as long as it doesn't take any MP to activate, it's already earned me a point. Maybe one day it can get me out of a dangerous situation."
I whispered with an indifferent expression on my face as I stared at the stone, but I ended up remembering something.
"But wait a minute... I saw that I can apply pressure to an object. But is there any way I can do that..."
After thinking of another way to use that skill, I stretched out my hand again, but this time towards another stone.
*SFX to something being pulled*
Grab!
"Um... so, the more practice I get with the skill, the better the success rate."
I whispered as I stared at the stone I had pulled out with my skill.
"Good!"
After saying that, I threw the stone on the ground and put my hand in my pants pocket. But I ended up remembering something else.
(If I'm able to move any object with this Skill, just like the description says, I'd have to agree that this skill is a real steal).
I thought as I took my hand out of my pocket and placed it on my chin, a little curious about that other possibility.
"Let's see if this theory is true."
After I said that, I decided to test my crazy theory with the goblins I had captured.
"Gravitational touch."

The goblins started to move, but then the same screen appeared, warning me that something had gone wrong.

After I saw that, I'm not going to lie to you by saying that I wasn't a little frustrated by the whole situation. After all, I was really upset, because I was hoping that everything would work out as I had planned.
(Since it doesn't work with heavy objects, does it work with this?)
I thought to myself as I stared at the sword I had taken from my inventory.
"It can't hurt to try, can it?"
I whispered to myself as I threw the sword a little too far.
"Let's see..."
While pausing briefly, I commented to myself before extending my hand towards the sword and activating the Skill.
"Gravitational Touch."
*SFX to something being pulled*
Grab!
As soon as the sword was in my hand, I couldn't hide the look of surprise on my face.
"I have to agree... after that, my frustrations went away."
*SFX to something ringing*
After I heard that familiar alarm sound, I looked at the watch on my wrist.
"I think I'd better get home soon, it's past one o'clock in the morning."
I whispered to myself as I looked at the watch on my wrist. And there it was, exactly 1:30 in the morning.
20 MINUTES LATER...
As soon as I got home, I went straight out into the garden and decided to take a brief look at my current status. But before I did, I threw the hitherto unconscious goblins to the ground.
"Status!"
I said, calling up my status screen again.
*SFX for something appearing*
As soon as I called up my status, it appeared. Only this time, instead of the big screen containing all my information, only my statistics appeared. And since I had statistics point to use, I took advantage of the fact that it was right there and decided to use it right away.

Endurance: 25
Agility: 20
Dexterity: 20
Magic: 0
Magic Resistance: 0
Since I only had two points to use for statistics, I had to be as clever as possible. After all, any mistake there would be irreversible.
(My stamina and agility are good so far, so I'll use those two points on strength.)
I thought to myself as I applied those two points to strength.

(Before I take a look at my progress, let's see what I have in my inventory to avoid useless items taking up space for nothing).
I thought to myself as I opened my inventory.
As soon as I opened my inventory, my status screen disappeared and was replaced by another.

The only item in my inventory that was catching my eye as being disposable was the Orc Eye. After all, it was of no use to me. However, I was completely wrong.
Just as I was about to throw that item away, the system once again interrupted me without me calling it.

I didn't understand the reason for the system's objection, so I decided to ask.
"Why?"

As soon as she said that, I'm not going to lie, I became a little more interested in the subject.
"And what would that potion be?"
I asked, genuinely curious.

I whispered to myself as I stared at the item.

I commented to myself, a little excited to see my progress.
