"Okay, calculate the feasibility of the virtual universe." While working on the virtual universe, Momo decided to make the laws the same as the real world, why? Well, let's do an example.
Let's say Momo makes a modern world game where humans can do what they want, when a player makes a virtual character and model it to be closely similar to the real body, we will call this function 'synchronization'.
The more the virtual character is synchronized to the real body, the better it will be easy to adapt, so if in the game you can do or learn something, you will be able to do it in real life, for example a backflip.
So to create the virtual universe where Momo will create his various games, he needed to learn all the levels that Vily has compiled from the internet, so you can say that currently he has the most knowledge in the world, excluding magic, but he will deal with that in the right time.
"Okay father." Vily immediately begun to calculate everything and Searching for mistakes or 'bugs'.
Currently the Virtual Universe is just a blank space, since Momo didn't create anything yet so we could even say that this place is a realm where he can do whatever he wants, so it's not really a universe but more a multiverse or a reality, or even a server!
Vily inside of it appeared and begun to create many things while observing their functions and reactions.
"I don't find nothing wrong, with the calculations I'm sure you will be able to create a fully functional universe, but without mystic elements like magic or other things. So only technology will be flawless." She explained while Momo nodded.
"If i make a world and create mana there what would happen? And about the senses that the players will feel?" He asked already making various plans for the type of worlds that he wants to create.
Vily opened a hologram showing a simple video while she explained: "Since the virtual laws are nearly identical to the real world, the players will be able to perceive all the senses perfectly, thus making the Vr a great tool for training or gaining knowledge." She said.
She then opened another video and continued: "By creating a form of energy on the virtual universe, in this case mana, the players will be able to use it in base at your rules, but won't in the real world, but the feeling on the game will be extremely realistic, perfect for games." This satisfied Momo, he was good and helped the people yes, but that doesn't mean that he will give powers to people for free, that would be dumb.
"If i might want to give the powers obtained on the game to a player on the real world, is it possible?" He asked but already answering himself since he knew that he could create a serum that could be inside the pods and thus allow players to become superhumans.
Vily nodded and responded: "Yes, it's possible, if you can study magic and then create a new magical energy and spread it on the universe you will be able to." Momo nodded and saved this information for when he might need it.
"Good, let's build the pods and headsets." He instructed while walking towards the printer, he doesn't need to create a server for the virtual universe since he already has the Central Core wich is made to host all of his future projects, when he built it he incorporated a server for Vily too.

The duo were currently in front of the printer that was printing the delicate pieces for the neural scanner and reader with other important pieces that will make the transfer of the consciousness into the server safe, since even a small mistake can kill or in the best case scenario cripple the user, momo needed the quantum printer for this work.
This is why he built it, people all over the universe would kill for this piece of technology, understandable since with the printer and the right knowledge and materials Momo could build nearly anything.
And the size of the printer can be changed just like the precision can be improved, since Momo only needs to create only 'simple' things for now he won't update the machine for some time, but he will.

"Father you can begin." Vily said receiving a nod from Momo who opened the glass door and took the delicate machines from the printer, he placed them on the table and begun assembling them.
While working he remembered: "Vily begin to work on nanotechnology, i will need nanobots to build the future machines, I'm too lazy to do it myself. While you're at it, when you have finished begin the project base." From the name you already understood what the project base does.
He intends to make a base below his house to do all his big projects since the house has limited space. While the nanobots will be useful for the transportation and construction of machines.
"Okay Father, i have news too." Vily said making Momo stop and pay attention to her: "Oh, it must be important to notify me." He reasoned knowing that Vily wouldn't waste his time on useless news.
Vily nodded: "Indeed, It's about Peter." She confirmed making Momo raise a brow: "Heh, did that brat do something? Well he probably has begun patrolling again." He thought about their talk some days ago.
"You're correct father, he just appeared at a bank robbery, and after hacking the cameras i noticed that they are not normal robbers." She said already expecting her father next reaction.
"Gehehehe, don't tell me, imma find it myself gahahha, i wanna trow some hands!" He immediately got up and gently stored the machines and immediately bolted towards the window, his smile describing his excitement.
"Hahh.." Vily smiled, she shook her head and begun to activate the printer to make the nanobots, she will finish his work while he will go to have fun.
Momo jumped from the window and transformed in the air before touching the ground, from the flash of light a red Aerophibian appeared, his wings moved and he soared in the air: "Jetray!" He shouted and with a flap of his wings he disappeared, his speed surpassing march 3 in an instant.

Powers & Abilities:
Flight - Jetray can fly at supersonic speeds, reaching between mach 2 and 5 in seconds. He can fly even faster in a vacuum.
Neuroshock Beams - Jetray can fire a unique from of energy out of his eyes and tail. This energy can paralyse whoever is zapped by it for a few minutes. It can also be used as a laser to melt things.
Adaptive Breathing - He can breathe in the air and underwater for long periods of time. He can even hold his breath in a vacuum.
Hyperspace Entrance - He can fly at hyperspace in a vacuum at full capacity, due to no wind resistance, allowing him to travel across solar systems in minutes. But this tires him greatly.
Enhanced Strength - He can carry people and heavy objects with his feet and tail.
Enhanced Agility - Due to being a flyer, he can manoeuvre through obstacles with ease and grace.
Sharp Tail - His tail can pierce through metal and slice through concrete with ease.
Weaknesses:
Neuroshock Beam Reflection - Jetray is susceptible to his own beams, paralysing him in the process, but it only lasts a few seconds.
Restricted Land Movement - His small legs make him a slow walker.
Strength Limit - Whilst he's pretty strong, he can't cary things with his arms.
Thick Skin - His neuroshock beams can't paralyse people with thick skin and armour.}
