She slowly sat down and said in a weak voice, "I can't compensate you, but I can help you fix it."
After Gu Yuena spoke, she lifted up the bedding, and her pale palm floated above the broken part of the bed board for a moment, flashing with a green light—Lin Yi recognized this as the Plant Element.
At the spot where the fracture was, suddenly, green sprouts emerged, extending forward and gradually turning into withered wood, connecting both sides of the break.
Quite marvelous; I've also merged with the Plant Element, but I haven't used it till now... Lin Yi thought to himself.
After finishing the repair, Gu Yuena looked up at Lin Yi, asking with diminished confidence, "Is that okay?"
"I'll reluctantly accept it."
"You're not angry anymore?"
"It's alright."
"Then kiss me!"
Gu Yuena stood up once again, but this time her actions were much gentler, fearing that she might break another piece of the bed board, which would surely result in her backside suffering as well.
The topic changes damn fast! Lin Yi barely had time to react.
But Gu Yuena's momentum was obviously much weaker than before; she didn't even dare come closer.
"The... The reason I just said, I'm just curious about the feeling of lips touching with the opposite sex, that's all."
Gu Yuena held her arms in front of her body, carefully stating.
Lin Yi impatiently said, "So much nonsense."
He reached out and pulled Gu Yuena toward him, drawing her soft body into his arms, left hand around her waist, right hand on her head, and then he lifted his head and kissed her.

Gu Yuena's eyes widened in shock, her heartbeat skyrocketing to over two hundred beats in an instant!
She never expected such a day would come.
Everything was incredibly unbelievable and sudden.

She slowly lifted her arms, trying to wrap them around Lin Yi's neck, when "smack!", Lin Yi mercilessly swatted her arms away.

Half a minute later, Lin Yi released his arm from around Gu Yuena's waist, admitting it was the softest waist he had ever held.
Who could have imagined that the Silver Dragon King, with her strong appearance and formidable strength, would have such a slender and supple waist?
Gu Yuena's eyes were moist, her lips even glossier, reflecting light, and her cheeks flushed with warmth.
She took a half-step back on the bed, bashfully turning her body away to avoid Lin Yi's gaze.

Gu Yuena sneaked a glance at Lin Yi and, turning to the side, took another step back before bravely lifting her chin defiantly, "What's wrong? Is that not okay?"
Lin Yi said with a deep voice, "This puts me in a difficult position."
To hold her for the entire night, I won't have a moment to myself.
Women are truly detestable.
They affect the speed of my sword draw.
Gu Yuena gently bit her lip, "You know, I've been without parents since I was young, leaving my siblings, coming to this strange place, I never felt what parental love is like, and as you have the purest Dragon God's bloodline, I... I want you to hold me, just for one night, to see what it feels like."
What a move of the tragic drama, didn't see that coming from you.
Lin Yi crossed his arms and looked at her coldly, "Just holding you to sleep? Are there any other requests? Like taking off your clothes…"

Gu Yuena looked at Lin Yi with surprise, immediately shaking her head, "Just cuddling to sleep, why would I take off my clothes? I don't get it, how absurd…"
She muttered, her face turning red.
Lin Yi's expression grew even colder, "That's for the best."
"You agree then?"
"Almost, as long as you behave."
Gu Yuena's eyes seemed to ignite with gold and purple flames, suddenly brightening.
She couldn't hide the smile tugging at her mouth, standing there pretending to be demure, but she twisted awkwardly a few times and muttered, "Don't get the wrong idea, okay? I just want to experience the feeling of being cared for by parents, and you said a boyfriend should fulfill his girlfriend's requests~"
"Keep this up and I'll kick you out."
"Hmph."
Gu Yuena huffed and promptly lay down. She turned to her side, stacking her little hands together beneath the silver locks, looking forward expectantly to Lin Yi lying down beside her.
As soon as Lin Yi lay down, she scooted into his embrace like a little lamb.
Lin Yi, however, looked at her perplexed, "What are you doing?"
Gu Yuena was taken aback.
She furrowed her brow, as if she thought Lin Yi would go back on his word, and immediately defended herself, "I told you, it's to have you hold me as we sleep, you haven't hugged me yet?"
Lin Yi frowned in response, "Don't overdo it."
Gu Yuena's eyebrows drooped with a look of grievance, as if she were about to cry. She bit her teeth and uncharacteristically confronted him head-on, "What a lousy reward! It has no effect at all, the boyfriend doesn't listen at all!"
Lin Yi chuckled inwardly, finding it fun to tease her.
He embraced her without a word, wrapping his hand around her soft waist and pulling her into his arms impatiently, "Is this okay now?"
"Hmph."
Gu Yuena just snorted without speaking, resting her forehead on Lin Yi's chest, her lips curved upward.
Smelling the scent of her silver hair, Lin Yi's heart slowly settled down.
ps. These last three chapters are just sweet fluff. I actually started out writing romance, but such sugary chapters are too easy to produce, so I won't write them often, just occasionally.
