Bab 78: Battle in the Fog

"You've sensed something?" Zhao Kai asked, his expression turning solemn, devoid of his previous carefreeness. 

His hand held tightly on the gun, with his finger ready to pull the trigger whenever. 

"Shhh," Xu Feng placed his pointy finger on his mouth, warning him to keep quiet. 

Nodding his head, Zhao Kai stepped a little back and equipped a shield. 

'This Kai…' Speechless, Xu Feng nearly laughed at his actions. 

It was quite obvious that Zhao Kai was not happy with the shield, but he still equipped it anyway. 

His thought process? 

It was most definitely his worries for Xu Feng on being a Cleric that made him react in such a manner. With the shield equipped, it boosted his confidence in defending the enemy from killing him. 

After all, the accuracy of his attack was definitely lowered with the limited vision even if the system didn't warn them about it.
