Chapter 87: Luffy Is Desperate! The Current Leader And Second-In-Command Of The Revolutionary Army Appear!

Luffy fell weakly to the ground. He was so exhausted he couldn't even open his mouth. He looked sideways at the three who had been firmly guarded by Tezzolo.
"That's my partner! What is Kaido going to do with them? And Franky... he was hurt by Kaido. Has Chopper fainted too? Brook and Usopp will never wake up again. What have I done?"
Luffy's heart sank deeply into pain. Tears streamed down his face so heavily that he couldn't see. He bit his lower lip, and snot erupted from his nose. He whispered to himself, "I'm sorry... I'm sorry!! I'm sorry, everyone!!"
His voice grew louder. All his regret poured out. Spit flew from his mouth, and blood spurted from his words, spilling on his own face.
"I shouldn't be so reckless! I should have set out sooner! But I only thought of Ace and the Mera-Mera Fruit. I'm sorry! I'm sorry, everyone! I was wrong. Blame me! Everyone! Just let me hear you... Let me do whatever I can! Don't leave me again! Please, everyone!"
Luffy fell to the ground, wailing in pain. He tore at his heart, apologizing to those who could no longer hear him. He begged to hear his partners again but received no response.
Apparently, no one at the scene except Kaido paid attention to him. He continued to cry, shouting the names of his partners one by one.
"Zoro! Sanji! Nami! Answer me! Robin! Usopp! Franky, I'm not reckless anymore. You answer me..."

Kaido looked at him coldly and said abruptly, "This! This is the world of pirates! The weak can only be toyed with and tortured by the strong! I will kill all your friends and break you free from that false freedom."
Luffy couldn't bear to listen anymore. The remorse on his face was gone. Covering his ears with his hands, he cried loudly to block Kaido's voice from his head. Curled up together, he rolled left and right on the ground, wailing in tears.

Just as Kaido admired Luffy's ugliness, a voice full of anger came.
"Luffy! Kaido! You actually dare to treat my brother like this!"
Kaido looked up and saw a blond man with a scar on his face and a top hat and goggles. He stood at the torn edge of the zenith, glaring at Kaido. This man carried a water pipe on his back, dressed like a decent gentleman, and showed extraordinary upbringing even if he was angry.
It was Sabo, the second in command of the revolutionary army and one of the three ASL brothers, Luffy's other big brother. He was finally here.
"I'm impatient to wait, boy," Kaido frowned and said coldly. "You weren't in the venue just now. I thought you might have an idea about the Mera-mera Fruit. It seems the relationship between you three brothers isn't so good."
"I'll definitely get Ace's Mera-mera Fruit back!" Sabo said angrily with calm eyes. "But what have you done to my brother? Bastard Kaido! That's his cherished companion!"
"You have a problem in your head, boy, telling a pirate about this," Kaido scoffed disdainfully. "The last person who shouted that he must get the Mera-mera Fruit is already lying here crying. You won't be better than him, boy."
At the moment Sabo spoke, Luffy looked over, his eyes widened with tears still flowing. He sobbed in disbelief.
"S-Sabo! You're not dead... Great!"
For a while, Luffy wanted to laugh and cry. The snot couldn't stop rushing out, and the corners of his mouth rose and fell. But then he reacted. He saw Kaido and hurriedly shouted, "Run, Sabo! Leave me alone! This monster is too powerful... Run!"
Sabo, standing on the wall, looked at Luffy crying bitterly yet still saying this. His eyes became more gloomy, and there seemed to be a raging fire in them. He pressed his hat with one hand and buried his head to cover the upper half of his furious face.
Shouting at Luffy, "What stupid thing are you talking about! How could I leave you and escape, Luffy? I will definitely save you, including your buddies! Trust me, Luffy!"
It was exactly the same as when Luffy himself spoke to his companions. Kaido looked on sarcastically, seeing the worth of two brothers. Yet he believed Sabo's life was not as hard as his.
"Let me try it," he thought.
The force under his foot suddenly burst out. An imperceptible figure at a speed exceeding the speed of sound caused a powerful sonic boom. The surrounding air was whipped up by a gust of wind. In that instant, Kaido had raised the mace in his hand and flashed in front of Sabo. His demonic face stared at Sabo's figure.
Kaido swung violently, wrapping the mace with armed colors. The entire mace was so black that it absorbed the surrounding light. Kaido was calm, not holding back, wanting to resolve the battle quickly.
Sabo, however, stood in place, not in a hurry and did not move. The mace approached quickly, almost able to knock Sabo down.
However, at this time, the wind moved. An extra hand appeared in front of Kaido, also wearing gloves covered in armed colors. Five fingers divided into three points, resembling the main claw of an animal. The claw came directly over, and a powerful Haki entangled with the eight fasts.
Rumble!!!!
The air flow suddenly exploded, causing a violent vibration that spread to a large area. The surrounding walls shattered and collapsed, and the fierce air flow blew the cloak of the man opposite Kaido.
"Dragon, you're actually are here."
