Bab 186: Promise

"Feeling guilty...?" asked Ohta, emerging from the shadow of Will's back and wrapping her arms around his shoulders with her lower body still in her shadow and a black, whip-like tail with a spear-shaped tip dangling from her lower back.

"About what...?" asked Will, feigning ignorance as he moved through the labyrinth that was Zoagaard's footpaths and alleys.

"You gave those two girls the most thorough dicking of their lives only to learn they had been raised to become prostitutes..." remarked Ohta, her presently amethyst eyes half-lidded by exuding gentleness as she added, "I figured that would get you to reflect a bit..."

Exhaling from his nose, Will calmly contended, "Very few people get into that line of work willingly, and those that do understand the risks. I didn't do anything I should feel guilty over..."

"Yet you're in a bad mood..." noted Ohta, pressing her cheek to Will's and coiling her tail around him as if she were hugging him.
