Bab 15: Chapter 14
Snake is probably the only kind one in the Banished One's pack. And one of the youngest considering there were no other young Speedstingers around; but it still didn't explain why he would send him to go and find them, he may had good tracking but wasn't the Alpha the best? Now he's stuck with one young curious AmberMelody who want to learn about the White one, though at any point she may eat him as a snack. Two young SlitherVenoms who decided to tag along since they were lost. The older one tried to attack him. Luckily, he has a trait that makes him immune to all venom, so the worse they could is track them down, but one does seem to not have any coating on...But that's not part of the point.
Each passing day he gets the feeling that not Alpha is a very cruel leader. The dragons can actually talk, they aren't as monstruous and low intelligence as the leader taught us, heck, he's a hypocrite! He was stuck serving Alpha on the island, only for him not to discover this beautiful world! But then again, maybe it's because they're so reserved, The SlitherVenom Brothers didn't know other dragons could talk too. Maybe it's a thing once you're an adult.
'Um...Snake? You're doing the weird thing where you start not responding...'
Suddenly Snake snapped back to reality they were halfway there to their location to their location. His partners, except the venom coating-less SlitherVenom named Pebble, were gone.
'Oh! S-sorry...'
'It's Okay! Just come on.' Pebble started to slither Northward. Snake paused, he sniffed to check if they were going the right way, and they were. Snake quickly hurried up to catch up with his buddy. They were on a relatively small island, so it wasn't long till Snake and Pebble caught up to them. They at the edge of the island, where only Viper, the greener brother of pebble was laying on the warm sand.
'Where is Moth?' Snake thought out loud, Viper did not answer ao kindly.
'Hunting, Obviously!' Viper hissed.
'I'm starting to get worried about her, she hasn't eaten since we found her! That was seven days ago!' Snake muttered.
'Ah, well, I did hear her muttered ' I just got to eat something, fish will do.' before she took off to hunt for us. Maybe that's why she is taking longer.' Viper's tone switched to calm and sweet when he heard his brother. He only respected other SlitherVenoms, especially when it came to his brother. That's what Snake loved, but hated about him.
'About time! She should stop starving herself, i heard that this AmberMelody were hunting ate fish!'
'...Was I talking to you?' Viper said in a Deadpan voice.
'...'
Snake slightly glared at him, but then looked away as not to anger him. He may have even heard Viper say 'That's right, look away..' under is breath. Snake decided to head to the forest for a nice rest while they waited for Moth.
The forest was warm and tropical. Birds were chirping delightfully as the suns ray barely pierced through the canopy. Snake chose a clump of Wide Fern (A Bracken Fern) to nest in. It was quite comfy, he soon fell asleep.
He was playing with his siblings, Tree and Strider. Strider gave the name to his Misfit brother. They were playing a game Strider mad called 'Tag'. It was a game were someone is 'It' and if you get touched by that 'It' you are now 'It'. He was It, and chasing after Strider. Even if she was faster, and slightly older, he managed to catch her.
'Im going to get you!' Strider playfully hissed.
The scene faded into Strider, Tree, Him and two other Misfit SpeedStingers were getting lectured by the Alpha on something. He couldn't hear, or rather, understand. But then they left soon after. Tree, Strider and the rest were horrified.
The scene shifted into Alpha, looking very smug approaching him. For some reason he felt terrified. He did not like Alpha now but why would he be scared when he wasn't angry. So the natural thing was too move, but he couldn't he was frozen in place. Soon the Alpha was right Infront of him, raising his tail right above his head. The Alpha quickly stabbed, but it was only in the sand. He managed to dodge out of the way.
'My, My...You're very skillful dodging my attack. You'd be a necessity for the pack...' The alpha monologued. The Alpha pinned him down, and slowly inserted his tail in Snake's head.
The scene faded to black, in the distance there was another SpeedStinger, it looked exactly like Alpha. It was running straight at him.
'Looks like you're straying away from me...Let me remind you who is your alpha! ' It coursed.
Suddenly, something ran out from the nothingness. It looked like a older version of Tree. It tackled the Alpha and it's calm voice rang out.
'Run! And don't stop till you see a light! If you stop and let him sting you, you will be loyal to him-' It got tackled down by the Alpha.
'Shut up! Don't listen to him! Stay there and you'll be okay...Better than okay!' The alpha put on an innocent voice and started walking to him in a innocent way.
The other one was calmer, probably better and right. So he ran.
He ran and ran for a very long time, at least he thought so.
Soon, he saw the light, he turned back and rang a call.
'What's you're name, calmer voice!'
'NO NO NO!! SOMEONE'S WAKING YOU UP.IT'S NOT FAIR, NOT FAIR!' The alpha hissed and screamed.
'Call me personality!' The calm voice rang out after a while of wait.
The light enveloped him.

Snake shot up. That was a weird dream, very weird. Who is this Tree and Strider? Why does he feel affection to them?
Pebble was nudging him like crazy. His eyes were closed in displeasure.
'Woah! Pebble, Calm down.'
'Wak- S-snake?! Thank goodness you're okay..!'
'What happened...?'
'I came here to wake you since Moth is here with food, plus a full stomach. But then I found you running so fast, you were spinning in place! I swear at any moment you could take off to the skies..'
'Oh...But Thank you Pebble...You care for me...'
'Of course! We're friends, aren't we?'
'Friends? Oh yea, friends...'
'Come on, you'll have to eat fast before the others get impatient!' Pebble started to slither off.
