After leaving Shen Yue'e's place, Qin Hai drove straight back to Tianshun Garden.

Just as Han Xiaoxiao had said, Tianshun Garden was in chaos, with various items strewn about and cars parked haphazardly everywhere. Qin Hai barely managed to find a parking spot for his car.

He looked around at the messy surroundings after getting out of the car, shook his head and sighed. It seemed he would have to buy another house in the future, this place was not suitable for living at all.

As he climbed the stairs, Qin Hai discovered the lights in the stairwell were broken, dark and nearly impossible to see clearly. If it hadn't been for his exceptional eyesight, he might have easily tripped over the clutter in the corner.

Having finally arrived at his doorstep and just as he was about to take out his keys to unlock the door, Qin Hai caught a glimpse of a black shadow in the corner of his eye. It looked like someone was crouching in the corner, unmoving and rather frightening.
