Upon hearing Niu Peng's words, Zheng Hongjun was momentarily taken aback.

"He Tiantian?" Zheng Hongjun asked, slightly puzzled, as if he had heard the name somewhere before. But with age, he couldn't recall where he had heard it.

Niu Peng reminded him, "The day before yesterday, when you went to the city for a meeting, you brought back some documents, one of which was a public communique concerning Comrade He Tiantian."

Niu Peng was also an employee here, with one of his duties being to organize the incoming and outgoing documents. The reason for this was that Niu Peng was a "Third Front" high school graduate, with a higher education and capable of handling such responsibilities.
