"President Zhou, don't worry, I'm drinking it now," Ji Yao raised her head and drained the glass of wine in one gulp.

Feeling a storm brewing in her stomach, she picked up some plain water from beside her and rinsed her mouth.

To avoid getting drunk, she had deliberately taken some sobering medicine before she arrived.

Even so, she was still having a hard time coping with a drinking session of this caliber.

After three rounds of drinks, everyone jostled their way towards the upstairs rooms of the club.

Ji Yao, woozy, followed closely by President Zhou, pretending to be intoxicated.

Seeing her like this, Ji Zimo briskly approached her, concern in his voice.

"Sister, are you alright? Are you drunk?"

"I don't know, my head just feels woozy."

"Look at you, if you can't drink, don't drink so much. How about this, I'll take you to a room to rest for a bit, and I'll speak to President Zhou and the others."

"Okay, then I'll trouble you."
