Of course, it's Theo, and he will gain energy from their prayers and fears. When Theo's clone finishes its job, it will return and destroy all creation.

After warm moments with Valerie, Theo returns to the living room, and Scathach takes him to the garden under a tree with a strange atmosphere.
Theo: Scathach, do you have something to tell me?
Scathach: Theo, I have something important to tell you.
Theo looks a bit worried.
Theo: Scathach, just tell me, don't leave me guessing.
Scathach: I'm pregnant.
Theo: What?
Scathach: You heard me, Theo. you are going to be a father.
Theo's reaction was a strange mix of thoughts.
He had used magic to prevent pregnancy and secretly entered into Scathach's mind to find out how she became pregnant.

Together, they created an item where they lay to neutralize Theo's magic that prevented pregnancy.
Normally, if an anti-magic barrier had been set up, Theo would have noticed, but what Scathach did was only to nullify Theo's magic preventing her from having children.
The contribution of the Greek god of blacksmiths to this was significant, the god of blacksmiths was compelled (forcibly) to do so under threat.
Theo quit away from Scathach's mind.
Theo: Are you serious, Scathach? Right now, I don't know how I'm supposed to feel.
