Bab 56: Chapter 56 In a Good Mood

Along the way, Lion carried Lizette in his arms until they entered their room safely.

As soon as they entered the room, Lizette jumped down immediately.

She yanked off her bathrobe and threw it on the sofa in disgust.

She couldn't bear to wear Sam's bathrobe for one more second.

"I'm going to take a shower." With that, Lizette headed straight for the bathroom.

Lion stood alone on the carpet in the living room, silently feeling the lingering warmth on his chest.

When Lizette came out of the bathroom, Lion had changed out of his suit and was returning the gun and holster to their places.

They were prepared for self-defense, but with Lizette's help, Lion did not even have the chance to make a move, let alone use his gun.

Lizette sat down opposite him. She hung the towel around her neck and also started to return her weapon to the spare black suitcase.

Looking at her wet hair, Lion couldn't help but frown.
